1 pint snack tomatoes, halved
Fresh basil leaves
Small fresh mozzarella balls, halved
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Skewer tomatoes, small pieces of basil leaf, and mozzarella balls onto a toothpick leaving a little space at the end for handling. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, leaving the end of the toothpick clean. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
Try using both red and yellow tomatoes to add extra color and flavor.
Add some black olives.
