1 cup Pico de Gallo salsa
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the salsa and sauté. Add the eggs and stir to combine. Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese and serve hot.
